Full-time Director of Operations

My name is Jonathan Pollard and I am the principal of Pollard PLLC, a very busy 5-lawyer commercial litigation law firm. We are seeking a Director of Operations. This is basically firm administrator+. This position is based out of Gettysburg, PA. Our main office is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but I grew up near Gettysburg and am in the process of establishing a Gettysburg office.We focus on non-compete, trade secret and unfair competition litigation. We win lots of cases in this space. We show up in the Wall Street Journal. Bloomberg. FundFire. PBS News Hour. No joke; You can Google it and you'll see. We are in the midst of rapid growth. We have unlimited business and a growing roster of clients. Our Gettysburg office will work on national (rather than local) litigation. The below background and qualifications are listed to provide a general sense of what we are seeking in an operations director. But we welcome applications from anyone who is incredibly intelligent, hard-working, and willing to dive in and solve complex operational problems. You'll be running the business-side of a law firm. So I don't expect you to practice law, but you will need to learn the business of law and the relevant landscape.

Professional & Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
High academic achievement
Preferably 3+ years of operations experience (but not required)
