Full-time E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

at Chesapeake Merchandising, Inc. in Frederick, MD

Job Description of E-Commerce Customer Service Representative:

· Processing orders (Acceptance of purchase orders via EDI or customer specific portal)

· Creating Packing Lists & Invoices in QuickBooks

· Generating shipping labels for UPS and FedEx

· Managing inventory via QuickBooks

· Submitting Invoices, ASNs and other necessary documentation into EDI or Customer specific portal

· Helping customer questions regarding order placements and returns

· Making claims to shipping companies for unfulfilled shipments

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Microsoft Office – intermediate experience
EDI, ERP, Drop Shipping system knowledge is a plus
Business Related Administrative office job is a plus
Having experience of shipping label generation is a plus
Possess good organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Prior experience in an E-Commerce support role and great team player
